– There are two routes – BTEC or NVQ up to level 3. Both will set you up for a great career in Sport or Sports Coaching. We have had learners who now play at professional football clubs in the UK or coach in the USA.

– The course includes 10 hours of professional UEFA coaching and two match days per week, as well as support with Maths and English if needed.

– Partner Club: PDA Northampton are also proud to be partnered with Daventry Town FC, providing competitive matches for players within The National League Youth Alliance , ECFA College League, FA Youth Cup and Birmingham FA County Cup.

The Pro:Direct Academy Northampton squad will be visitors to St George’s Park, the home of England’s Three Lions teams and players at their sister centre in Birmingham have already met stars such as Jürgen Klopp, Robert Pires and Marcel Desailly. Players qualify for the Pro:Direct Academy UK Elite squad and to date have played matches against the likes of Northern Ireland, Manchester City and Derby County academies.

Daniel gained his first experiences as a coach over 12 years ago with New York Red Bulls in the USA as a Development Officer. A year later he became an Academy Coach at Coventry City FC in his native Midlands. A UEFA “A” licenced football coach, Daniel is an FA Coach Educator and qualified IV with an FA Youth Coaches licence. He represents our education partners Heart of England Training and joined Pro:Direct Academy in 2017 after a spell as a First Team Scout with Kidderminster Harriers.

He also attained the Diploma in Teaching Lifelong Learning (DTLL) at Warwick University and is an experienced NVQ Assessor in Business Administration, Customer Service and Sports Coaching.
