SAL BESIM – Head of London North 
Sal Besim has played an important role in shaping the the future talent of Pro:Direct Academy. He has specialised for a few years as Development Phase Lead Coach (12-16 years).
A BSc graduate from the University of Hertfordshire, he has now moved on to become Head of PDA London North, overseeing all coaches and players.

RACHEL DALTREY – Lead Coach at PDA London North Girls
Rachel graduated in 2014 from the University of Greenwich with a BaHonsDegree in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching. She gained 3 years experience in charge of the PDA Under 13 and U16 girls in North London now currently working with U12 Girls, completing her FA Level 1 & 2 Licences. She then qualified as a UEFA B Licensed Coach in 2019 and is now Lead Coach at PDA North London Girls.
